really good stay in a historic building
fresh bread restaurant suggestions spacious room
I found the breakfast excellent with eggs, meats, and fresh bread. I appreciated access to the kitchen and coffee. The staff provided restaurant suggestions, too. the room was very spacious. the bed was comfortable!

Fantastic Stay in Historical Building
central location friendly staff
The location was superb near many attractions. Ilaria and Roberta at reception were friendly and helpful. A fridge with a compartment for each room existed. They provided tea and cakes at all times.
Breakfast had a limited selection of items. The products offered seemed of poor quality. The ratio of quality to price was questionable.

low water pressure stained towels
The breakfast included fresh pastries. That was acceptable.
The room seemed smaller than the pictures indicated. the bathroom was a letdown. The shower had very low water pressure. also, i found some stains on the towels. That was not ideal.

The suites do not have individual kitchen facilities but guests can use a main common kitchen. Only the Oscar Apartment has its own kitchen. Is there a lift available for accessing the hotel rooms, especially for those who have difficulty with stairs?
